What Happened to Mayflower Mountain Resort in Deer Valley?

Originally announced in 2019 as a third standalone ski resort in Park City, Mayflower Mountain Resort was a highly anticipated project. However, in late 2023, Deer Valley Resort revealed that it would be integrating Mayflower into its expansive development plan—transforming it into what is now known as Deer Valley East Village.

The reimagined East Village is part of the largest ski resort expansion in U.S. history and is set to redefine luxury alpine living. A soft opening is planned for Winter 2024–2025, including a limited rollout of ski terrain, new lifts, and expanded parking, with much more to come in subsequent seasons.
